ThreadedDad is a small creator website about sewing, fatherhood and the occasional questionable decision. This policy explains what information is handled when you visit threaded.dad.
Information this site handles
ThreadedDad does not currently offer visitor accounts, forms, newsletters, purchases or payment processing. You do not provide personal information directly through the website.
Like most websites, the hosting infrastructure may automatically process basic technical information needed to deliver and protect the site. This can include an IP address, browser and device details, requested pages, timestamps and similar server-log information. It is used for security, reliability and troubleshooting, not to create advertising profiles.
Cookies and analytics
ThreadedDad does not currently use analytics or non-essential cookies. There is no advertising tracking on the site. If that changes, this policy will be updated and any consent choices required by law will be provided before the new technology is used.
TikTok
ThreadedDad may use TikTok's official API to retrieve public profile and public video information from the ThreadedDad TikTok account and show the latest three videos on this website. The ThreadedDad account owner will authorize that connection. Website visitors will not be asked to sign in with TikTok or connect their own TikTok accounts.
The displayed information may include the ThreadedDad profile name or image and public video details such as titles, descriptions, cover images and links. Authorization credentials will be kept server-side and will not be shown to visitors.
TikTok is a separate third-party service. If you follow a TikTok link, TikTok handles your visit under its own privacy policy.
Hosting, external links and third parties
The website relies on a hosting provider to serve pages and maintain security. That provider may process the technical request and log data described above on ThreadedDad's behalf.
Links may take you to TikTok, Instagram, support services or other external websites. Those services control their own data practices. Their privacy notices apply once you visit them.
Retention
ThreadedDad does not maintain a database of visitor submissions. Technical logs are kept only as long as reasonably needed for security, operation and legal obligations, subject to the hosting provider's practices. If the TikTok integration is enabled, its account authorization information and cached public content will be retained only as long as needed to run and maintain that feature.
